A dynamic creative agency based in Mexico is looking for a Video Editor to create high-performance videos for various digital platforms. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage, collaborating with a creative team, and ensuring top-notch video quality. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in video editing, is skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, and is an effective communicator. As a Video Editor, you’ll be the creative force turning raw footage into breakthrough campaigns. You’ll bring compelling narratives to life, inject energy into every cut, and deliver high-performance ads that stop the scroll and drive results.

What You’ll Do

Execute High-Performance Edits Assemble, edit, and refine raw footage into high-quality videos daily for various digital platforms, ensuring all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Collaborate & Integrate Feedback Work and integrate feedback with the creative team to execute the post-production vision for compelling video content for performance ads.

Master Post-Production Quality Perform expert color correction and grading to maintain video quality, mood, and consistency. Maintain and organize all video files, projects, and assets in a streamlined workflow.

Manage & Deliver Content Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Upload and manage final video content across various platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimal performance.

Stay Ahead of Trends Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, social media (TikTok, Reels), and performance advertising, and apply those insights directly to your work.

Who You Are

A Proven Performance Editor 3–5 years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing performance ads or social media content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube).

Technically Proficient & Organized Highly skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. You are obsessed with details, timelines, and smooth execution. (Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus).

A Strong Communicator Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You are clear, concise, and collaborative in a remote environment.

Collaborative & Creative You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and manage competing priorities gracefully. You bring fresh editing ideas to the table and have a genuine enthusiasm for social media.

Adaptable & Solution-Oriented You are a self-starter who drives projects forward independently. You have a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm, and can adapt your style to new trends and feedback. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
