Position Purpose

Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization's objectives. Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions .
• Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support .
• Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.
