Acuity Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to respond to associate inquiries, support self-service tools, and provide accurate information on payroll, benefits, leaves, and policies across the employment lifecycle.

As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will resolve requests via multiple channels, escalate when needed, and maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required
• Experience in HR
• Strong English skills preferred
• Customer service experience beneficial
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems

Responsabilidades

• Respond to associate inquiries via the Experience Center and other channels
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leaves, HR policies and processes
• Maintain data quality in HR systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Escalate non-routine matters to People Managers and HR specialists
• Protect confidentiality of employee information and ensure accurate, timely responses
