Job summary

Wiwynn Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, MX is seeking a Results-driven Manufacturing Project Manager to lead strategic manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring cost, quality, productivity, capacity, and schedule objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and more to deliver expansion, automation, and NPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering.
• MBA preferred for advanced program management.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with NPI, production transfers, and automation projects.
• Proficiency in PMBOK, Agile or hybrid project management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Project/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects, NPI, production transfers, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, priorities, and escalations.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and financial targets are achieved.
• Lead project review meetings with local and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing lines, equipment, and technologies.
• Monitor and report project KPIs and performance metrics.
• Present executive-level updates to leadership teams and customers.
