Flex is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality engineering programs and continuous improvements at its Guadalajara North Campus. The role reports to the General Manager and leads cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from inspection to final testing.

The candidate will implement standards, manage audits, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers on customer quality issues. Strong leadership and Six Sigma experience are required.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in high-tech electronics, Automotive or related industry.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• PCBA Background.
• NPI Experience.
• Proficiency in Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, APQP).
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Experience supporting PCBA manufacturing operations.
• Black Belt Certification preferred.
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Financial experience managing business cases, project budgets, ROI analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure data integrity and availability for all quality-related information; consolidate and report results.
• Initiate and track corrective actions to completion.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality audits.
• Define and maintain quality standards for processing materials into finished products.
• Design and implement inspection and testing methods for product and equipment accuracy.
• Analyze reports and returned products, recommending corrective actions.

Job Summary
