Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a PCBA Process Engineer for the Aguascalientes site in Mexico. The role focuses on cost, quality and delivery improvements across the manufacturing process, with emphasis on process control, training, and capital equipment implementation.
You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturability, identify root causes, implement ECOs, and transfer new technologies.
Formación
- BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive engineering experience in high-tech electronics industry or related area.
- Full experience with PCBA; Excel proficiency.
- Conversational English skills.
Responsabilidades
- Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and justify capital equipment purchases for production.
- Lead ECOs and drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop process control methodologies and maintain process documentation.
- Train production personnel on new technologies and transfers.
