Flex is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Guadalajara South operations. You will support extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will implement manufacturability designs, justify and install capital equipment, and optimize production processes with a focus on safety, efficiency, and yield improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and advanced English, with responsibilities including documentation,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering).
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Development and maintenance of process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Troubleshoot process related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvement activities.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and throughput.
• Knowledge in failure analysis and mapping procedures.
