Job summary

One Mobility Group in México, Ciudad Juárez, is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to manage daily payroll transactions, ensure accurate employee compensation, and maintain incident records.

You will serve as the primary liaison with Corporate for SAP reporting, updates, and payroll integration, while delivering responsive internal service on payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements. A focus on compliance and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of payroll concepts and tax regulations
• Understanding of labor legislation and ISR
• Experience with SAP payroll/accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
• Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations
