Job summary

Kraft Heinz seeks a Country X Payroll Agent to support payroll activities, manage tickets, and respond to employee queries from a Mexico City base. You will help with weekly and monthly reporting and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, process discipline, and customer-focused service within the KHMS framework. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms (Workday advantageous).
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance in the country.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing cycle ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payroll tickets and manage ticket queue with timely responses.
• Follow up on ageing tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Resolve escalated tickets with Payroll SME and Payroll Lead.
• Respond to employee payroll queries with accurate information.
• Participate in daily team huddles to align priorities and workflow.
• Provide updates in weekly HRBP connects on ticket status and improvements.
• Assist in weekly/monthly reporting on ticket volume and metrics.
• Support audit requests and maintain process documentation.
