BorgWarner Emissions Systems Spain SL in Torreón seeks a payroll administrator to oversee hourly and salaried payrolls, ensure timely processing, and support payroll staff with system operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a professional degree, 50% English proficiency, and 1 year of experience. You will manage Workday for compensation and benefits, prepare payroll reports, and liaise with IMSS/INFONAVIT while safeguarding internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the work environment at least once a year and implement actions to improve it.
• Promptly address the needs of both hourly and salaried staff.
• Resolve or mediate workplace conflicts.
• Oversee the preparation of hourly and salaried payrolls.
• Advise staff with supervisory responsibilities on the operation of the payroll system.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and statistics.
• Supervise and administer the payroll system.
• Comply with and enforce internal control policies.
• Manage payroll and salary scales.
• Optimize the use of human and material resources to meet budget targets.
• Manage the monthly variable compensation bonus process.
• Manage the plant cafeteria service.
• Administer the major medical insurance benefit.
• Follow up on inquiries from IMSS and INFONAVIT until fully resolved.
• Manage the Workday system for compensation and benefits.
