Formación

• Professional degree in Administration, Communications, Psychology, Public Accounting, or a related field.
• 50% English proficiency.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and improve the work environment yearly.
• Address needs of hourly and salaried staff.
• Resolve workplace conflicts.
• Oversee payroll for hourly and salaried staff.
• Advise supervisory staff on payroll operations.
• Prepare payroll reports and statistics.
• Supervise payroll system and internal controls.
• Manage monthly variable bonus process.
• Manage the plant cafeteria service.
• Administer major medical insurance.
• Handle IMSS/INFONAVIT inquiries.
• Manage Workday compensation and benefits.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with IMSS, LFT, INFONAVIT, and STPS.
