Responsibilities

• Execute payroll services for PepsiCo North America.
• Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
• Capture information in payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data to pay rules, policies & regulations.
• Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance.
• Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs.
• Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.
