EBANX is hiring a Payments Performance & Optimization Specialist in Mexico City to own and elevate the payment ops health with data-driven decisions. You will partner with engineering, product and finance to optimize flows, reduce latency, and improve merchant experience using SQL, BI tools, and advanced analytics.

You will lead RCA, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership, shaping strategy for new payment methods and regional growth.

Formación

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Analytical background with data skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Experience monitoring KPIs and improving performance.
• Ability to work with technical teams (Engineering, Product, APIs).
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operational health of payment partners in Mexico.
• Interface between EBANX and partner tech teams for integrations and optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytics/AI to improve payment performance.
• Lead RCA with partners and internal teams for preventive actions.
• Define and own KPI dashboards and automated reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Product/Finance.
• Lead BEAT report creation and executive communications.
• Support product & payment optimization for Mexico.
