Job summary

Sequium Asset Solutions LLC seeks a Payment Processor in Monterrey to handle credit card, ACH, and wire payments. You will reconcile transactions, manage suspense logs, and generate daily and monthly reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle confidential information. You will work with the Repay, Pay Ready, and Latitude platforms, support audits, and ensure timely processing to meet month-end closures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accurate data entry and research of discrepancies.
• Ability to handle confidential payment information securely.
• Clear communication with colleagues and clients.
• Familiarity with Repay, Pay Ready, and Latitude platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process Repay credit card payments, including weekend/evening cycles.
• Process ACH payments in assigned cycles; handle Freedom Debt Relief and Global Holdings ACH.
• Process incoming wire/ACH payments; apply correct dates for ACH pulls.
• Post electronic payments from multiple clients and reconcile.
• Handle chargebacks and retrievals; run chargeback reconciliations.
• Prepare daily and monthly payment processing reports and reconciliations.
• Assist audits by retrieving records and resolving findings.
