Jobtailor in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a proactive onboarding and operations support specialist. You will guide new clients from application through activation, coordinate transactions, and assist the Mexico team with day-to-day tasks, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will communicate effectively in Spanish and English, manage multiple tasks, and help improve onboarding efficiency while maintaining clear client records and timely updates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business or related field.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; juggle multiple onboarding and follow-ups.
• Comfortable speaking with clients; proactive, confident phone communication.
• Solid presentation skills; ability to organize information for internal/external audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; daily collaboration with global teams.
• Based in Monterrey, or willing to relocate to Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients from application through activation; collect documentation accurately and on time.
• Serve as onboarding point of contact; answer questions and guide clients through next steps.
• Track onboarding status and flag delays to the Customer Care and Ops Lead.
• Monitor new transactions and proactively follow up with clients and internal teams for timely completion.
• Identify and escalate transaction issues before they affect clients; maintain clear records.
• Support Mexico operations with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks; maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Prepare clear status updates and summaries for internal stakeholders; create simple presentations on onboarding progress.
• Support reporting and data organization for the Customer Care and Ops Lead.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding and transaction workflows and suggest improvements.
• Build rapport with clients through consistent, professional follow-up.
• Assist cross-functional teams as priorities evolve.
