Jobtailor in Mexico City seeks a customer service professional for logistics operations. You will process daily booking requests, ensure PIL data accuracy, and coordinate with Documentation and Sales teams to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics, solid communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role emphasizes problem solving, multitasking, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required.
• Experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• English resume preferred; Mexican work eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Download and process daily booking requests and send them to customers within the required period.
• Handle customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure PIL system fields (route, weight, POL/POD, commodity, temperature) are accurate.
• Communicate with Documentation and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer-specific requirements to ensure service consistency.
• Follow up on regular and BID customer bookings and inquiries.
• Provide excellent phone attendance and customer experience.
• Assist customers with problem solving and liaise with internal departments to resolve grievances.
• Encourage adoption of Pocket PIL and migrate volume from other platforms.
