American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Tijuana, MX is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, staying knowledgeable about products, and keeping the store neat and well-presented.

You will demonstrate AEO values, provide friendly service, work with a team, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with only short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands through other brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash handling procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns per company policy with a focus on satisfaction.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
