ABB in Apodaca NL is seeking a Production Engineering professional to optimize the paint line, reduce labor hours, and improve cost and quality metrics. You will define work phase sequences for new processes and ensure equipment and materials meet targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams, development of work instructions, and training of operators to ensure standardized execution.

Formación

• Bachelors in engineering or related field with strong manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in painting or surface treatment processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize paint line processes and equipment for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor line performance, analyze data, and reduce waste.
• Develop and update work instructions and process sheets.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams.
• Support industrialization and validation of new products or formulations.
