Job summary

The LEGO Group México operates a Final Pack line in Cienega de Flores, NL, where you will lead a 4x4 shift, coordinate a diverse team, and uphold safety, quality and efficiency standards for our high-quality LEGO products.

Your role focuses on coaching, performance management, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with local and global stakeholders to deliver on site manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Leader overseeing 30+ operators.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with high ethics and service orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance short- and mid-term operational priorities with strategic view.
• Working knowledge of project execution and safety/quality management systems.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with 4x4 shift patterns (6:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operators, creating a safe, collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive production plan fulfillment by managing resources, sequencing and daily priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, product quality and integrated management systems.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions through root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement relevant tools.
• Execute people processes and capability-building activities, including training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy business strategy within the team.
• Protect employees and product quality by escalating issues when safety or quality are at risk.
