Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Customer Planning Advanced Specialist to coordinate material availability and logistics resources for new product launches in our automotive plant. You will attend customer requirements during launch phase and drive ramp-up plans aligned with SOP requirements.

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor PPAP and BPO, and address capacity constraints to keep timelines on track. You will train local planning teams and work with cross-functional groups to ensure

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or a related field; APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, or JDE certifications are considered a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics planning within automotive or complex manufacturing environments, including new product launches and ramp-up.
• Strong knowledge of material planning processes and systems: MRP, ERP, SAP, JDE, BPO, PPAP, CTS, AMIS, and MOPAR.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and dashboard development; track and analyze launch and logistics KPIs like forecast accuracy, OTIF, and expedited freight.
• Experience working with OEM customers, suppliers, and multiple plants in multicultural environments; willingness to travel and support global ops across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute logistics ramp-up plans for production readiness and SOP-aligned launches.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability and address capacity constraints that affect timelines.
• Drive standardized planning processes; guide and train local planning teams per corporate logistics standards.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Production, and Logistics to ensure end-to-end launch readiness and communicate progress.
• Identify and mitigate launch risks, control logistics costs, and implement corrective actions to avoid disruptions.
