Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG in Mexico is seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to manage shipment production planning, coordinate with production, and ensure lean logistics practices.

The role emphasizes inventory control, packaging optimization, and engaging with engineering changes. Conversational English is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and SAP warehouse management exposure.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer, International Business or related.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
• Conversational English.
• Ideally experience on time and motion analysis and internal logistics management.
• Physical and virtual warehouse management (SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Generate and monitor the shipment production plan based on customer requirements in coordination with the production department.
• Ensure compliance with shipping programs and customer requirements, guaranteeing the satisfaction based on just-in-time deliveries and lean logistics procedures.
• Plan and carry out optimal inventory control based on established guidelines.
• Design and improve product packaging, and verify compliance with customer and supplier standard packaging specifications.
• Manage customer charges efficiently.
• Execute logistical activities in engineering changes.
