3M is seeking a Packaging Design Operations Coordinator in Mexico City to support branding artwork activities and collaborate with design teams worldwide. You will help prepare packaging artwork files for print production and ensure alignment with brand standards.

In this on-site role, you will gain familiarity with die lines, regulatory text, and color usage, assist with data entry, review files for accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional partners and external agencies under senior

Formación

High school diploma or higher, including Spanish certificates.
Proficient in English.
Familiarity with consumer packaging or graphic design principles.

Responsabilidades

Assist with packaging artwork data entry and support artwork through final production art.
Review files for alignment and content accuracy to ensure data quality.
Support creative and design teams with packaging production tasks.
Learn packaging artwork components such as die lines, net contents, regulatory text, color usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies under senior guidance.
Contribute to problem-solving and keep artwork aligned with brand standards.
Follow established workflows and learn new tools and processes.
