ClinChoice is seeking a Labeling Operations Manager - Associate in Mexico City to support the creation and updates of labeling documents (CDS, USPI, SPC) for EU and US products. You will ensure compliance with QRD and PLR formatting and manage labeling review timelines.

The role focuses on project management, document control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality labeling materials on schedule, with fluency in English and strong attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science or life sciences required.
• 0-2 years of practical labeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Proven strength in logical, analytical and writing ability.

Mansioni

• Support the review and delivery of labeling documents and associated Patient Labeling Documents.
• Provide project management support to the labeling team to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and format labeling documents using QRD/PLR templates and maintain the CDS log.
• Escalate issues to the Global Labeling Lead as needed and track timelines.
