Amentum seeks a Jake’s Place Manager to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will oversee operations including dining, recreation, and entertainment services, ensuring high-quality experiences for patrons while meeting mission requirements.

Must hold a four-year degree or equivalent, have leadership and budget experience, and be able to travel internationally. This role requires strong customer service, safety compliance, and the ability to work in austere, remote environments.

Formación

• Four-year degree or at least three years in food, beverage, recreation, and entertainment operations.
• Five years of middle-management experience in a civilian commercial role.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to obtain security clearances and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dining, beverage, recreation, and entertainment services.
• Develop policies to optimize efficiency and ensure contractual compliance.
• Supervise staff, provide training and mentorship.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and improve services.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate records for audits.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate events with government representatives.
• Maintain on-site presence and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Market Jake’s Place activities to increase participation.
• Foster a welcoming community aligned with installation goals.
