Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic in Cancún, Mexico, is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent for its Contact Center. You will proactively reach out to prospects, identify their needs, present personalized solutions, and convert opportunities into reservations, directly contributing to Direct Sales revenue.

You will work with CRM tools, maintain strong customer relationships, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a high-level customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, preferably in a contact center or outbound environment.
• Experience meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; results-oriented.
• Spanish: Advanced / Native.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, qualified leads and previous customers.
• Identify customer needs and present products and experiences accordingly.
• Convert opportunities into confirmed reservations and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM and follow sales processes.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
