Whip Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Subrogation Specialist in Mexico to support recovery efforts on property damage claims. This role involves negotiating settlements and driving claims to resolution. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be fluent in English, and preferably fluent in Spanish. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $8.00 to $15.00 USD and allows for remote work in an office environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of auto subrogation experience, specifically focused on property damage (PD).
• Proven experience handling outbound subrogation or recovery calls.
• Familiarity with U.S. auto insurance claims and subrogation practices.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls to third-party insurance carriers.
• Analyze and scrutinize third-party property damage settlement offers.
• Identify stalled claims and take appropriate escalation actions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claim notes and communication logs.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of liability, negligence, and comparative fault concepts

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Persistence and resilience in dealing with unresponsive or difficult carriers

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
