MissionHires is seeking a RevOps Specialist (Outbound Operations) based in Mexico City. This role focuses on creating scalable, data-driven systems for outbound broker outreach and requires proficiency in tools like HubSpot and AirCall. You will work closely with the executive team to drive operational success.

The ideal candidate must have experience in outbound operations, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A competitive compensation package and unlimited PTO are offered.

Formación

• Experience in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps.
• Familiarity with outgoing campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to build reports from CRM data.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the operational backbone of outbound broker outreach.
• Support sales activities while investigating issues in real-time.
• Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring outbound KPIs.
