Tele-Help-Ing is seeking an Outbound Land Acquisition Specialist to support a US-based land investment company from a remote location in Mexico. You will engage property owners, qualify opportunities, and help build a pipeline of high-value land transactions.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to conversations. English proficiency (C1+) is required, with coordination to the acquisitions team for next steps.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, business development, lead generation, or similar client-facing role
• Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher)
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
• Reliable internet and professional home office setup
• Clear English communication with US-based owners

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to property owners daily
• Follow the outreach script while adapting to conversations and building rapport
• Qualify opportunities with key property data (water, price, ownership, structures)
• Document qualified opportunities and route to acquisitions team
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity and follow-ups
• Provide market feedback and trends to improve outreach strategies
• Support multi-channel prospecting via email and SMS
