Halliburton Energy Services is seeking an OTC Process Specialist to support end-to-end sales-to-fulfillment and invoicing processes. The role spans Business Development and Operations, focusing on data management and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in a professional office setting. A Bachelor's in Business and prior oil and gas experience are preferred.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment are required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business and previous experience in oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the OTC value stream and end-to-end processes for relieving and processing sales to fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
• Works in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing).
• Creates, edits, manages and validates OTC data and system documents with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides peer training to new team members.
• Participates in continuous improvement processes.
