Maersk in Mexico City is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in OTC with strong expertise in billing, collections and cash applications to ensure accurate cash flow and strict SOP compliance while maintaining productive relationships with government institutions.

The role emphasizes process improvements through Kaizen, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely resolution of issues to keep operations running smoothly across the OTC cycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Economics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MS Office (Advanced), ERP (Intermediate).
• OTC Process, Gov't institutions relationships, Logistics Process.
• English level C1.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of OTC process, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with government institutions.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain operational flow.
• Actively contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives.
