Halliburton in Mexico is seeking an OTC Process Specialist to support the Opportunity to Cash value stream. You will work on end-to-end processes for sales to fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a professional office setting; a Bachelor's in Business and prior oil and gas industry experience are preferred. You will join a team committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment are required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end support for Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream, including sales to fulfillment and invoicing processes.
• Create, edit, manage and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with team and internal clients; provide peer training to new team members.
• Take an active part in the continuous improvement process.
• Promote and comply with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Work under direct supervision with basic responsibilities in a professional office environment.
