A leading technology services company located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking an OTC-Billing Supervisor to manage the complete billing process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or related fields and at least one year of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in Billing and basic knowledge of Order To Cash processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting terms and activities.
• Proficiency in accounting terms and activities (e.g. Reconciliations, Taxes).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Generate and deliver invoices based on contractual terms.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Collections.
• Ensure timely submission/delivery of invoices and adherence to client billing schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Collections and others to support process delivery.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing and revenue.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide resolution in a professional manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist supervisor in billing reporting requests or other activity.
• Provide support to other team members.
• Capable to manage workload and prioritize proactively to deliver on time.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end billing process, ensuring accurate invoice generation, timely delivery, and compliance with client‑specific requirements. You will also provide support to other team members and to your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver invoices, credit and debit memos based on contractual terms and service delivery.
• Ensure requirements to invoice are met by following established procedures.
• Review in detail the requests and its supporting documents (e.g. Purchase Orders, Contracts) to generate a valid and correct invoice.
• Ensure timely submission/delivery of invoices and adherence to client billing schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Collections and others to support process delivery.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities related to billing and revenue.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide resolution in a professional manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist your supervisor in billing reporting requests or any other activity.
• Provide support to other team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
