Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a disciplined Organization Change Management professional for a contractor role in Mexico (Jalisco). You will partner with project teams to drive readiness and user adoption across the project lifecycle, conducting stakeholder analyses and creating targeted communication and training plans.

The role requires 5–8+ years in OCM, SAP project experience, and strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives and technology implementations.
• SAP project experience (S/4HANA, EWM, TM, etc.) highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar methodologies.
• Valid passport and U.S. business visa for travel to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies to support adoption of business processes and tech.
• Partner with project teams and leadership to drive organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Design communication, engagement, and training plans for diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment sessions; build change networks.
• Coach sponsors, managers, and change champions on change activity roles.
• Develop and track OCM KPIs and adoption metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify resistance sources and implement mitigation plans.
• Integrate change activities into project plans and governance structures.
• Support training development, end-user enablement, and communications campaigns.
• Provide post-go-live adoption support and lessons learned.
• Participate in governance meetings and provide insights on change management.
• Show interest in learning Project Management activities.
