Job summary

Golabs Tech is seeking an OCM Consultant to support organizational change initiatives for a leading manufacturing client. The role requires hands-on OCM experience in SAP or S/4HANA, fluent English and Spanish, and strong stakeholder engagement and translation skills.

You will coordinate onsite OCM activities, translate materials, and collaborate with onsite teams in Mexicali on project milestones. Three days onsite, two remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level.
• Hands-on experience with OCM initiatives in SAP or S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (must-have), including reading, writing, speaking, and translating materials from English to Spanish.

• Support stakeholder engagement and change management communication initiatives.
• Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA environments, understands manufacturing operations, and has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, roadshows, and translating change management materials from English to Spanish.

The position requires onsite collaboration in Mexicali, Mexico, particularly during key project milestones. While the role will involve a hybrid work arrangement, candidates must be able to work onsite as required.
