Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Mexico City is seeking a CBS Order to Invoice Analyst to manage the full Order to Invoice cycle, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal customer service. You will work with internal partners and external accounts to resolve order issues and optimize supply chain efficiencies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in related fields, advanced Excel skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Logistics, Sales, or Supply Chain operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional fluency in English (100% written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management across Order to Invoice process.
• Manage order exceptions and returns, ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with CDT and Logistics to resolve issues and cost savings.
• Use SAP/APO to manage order flow with minimal manual touches.
• Prepare weekly/monthly CS KPIs and cost-to-serve updates.
