Job summary

BeOne is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst to support Mexican operations in a hybrid Mexico City environment. You will manage end-to-end invoicing, AR, collections, and cash application within SAP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service Providers, monitor aging, prepare KPIs, and drive process improvements to standardize O2C activities across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in O2C in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Mexican invoicing and local requirements.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for regional/global environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related documentation.
• Execute and support daily O2C activities within established timelines.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and aging; assist collections.
• Perform cash application and customer account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and collection discrepancies.
• Maintain customer master data and O2C documentation in SAP.
• Support credit management activities and monitor customer exposure.
• Prepare periodic AR and O2C reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to ensure end-to-end O2C efficiency.
• Ensure controls, tax, and invoicing compliance; support audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
