Job summary

Ansell seeks an Order Management Analyst to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for assigned customer accounts in a hybrid work model in Querétaro. You will process orders via multiple channels and coordinate returns, credits, and debits to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

Collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution, you will monitor reports, investigate pricing discrepancies, and support continuous process improvements while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in order processing, order entry, or customer service operations.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Process and oversee returns (RMA), including tracking, transportation coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle credit and debit transactions to resolve order discrepancies and maintain account accuracy.
• Process customer orders through multiple channels, including EDI, OCR, email, and web-based platforms.
• Monitor order management reports, identify recurring issues, and support root cause analysis and resolution.
• Review and maintain open orders, resolving holds, errors, and fulfillment exceptions; partner with Sister teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
