Mondelēz México is seeking an Order Management specialist to manage the order fulfilment process, allocate stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, and deliver against service and fill rate targets.

You will balance supply constraints with service levels through cross-functional alignment, use availability checks and allocation rules, and support new product introductions and withdrawals to maximize sales.

Formación

• Experience in an order-to-cash environment is required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics and sales is preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• High proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications.
• Experience in an FMCG/CPG company is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting customer segment and channel mix.
• Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment.
• Use tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules.
• Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and minimize write-offs.
