Mondelēz México is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage stock accuracy, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with third-party logistics partners, ensuring compliance with HACCP and quality standards. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost analysis, and peak management.

The ideal candidate has SAP R3 experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, analytical mindset to optimize inbound/outbound activities and supplier performance across the logistics network.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on information from stakeholders; analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and add corrective measures for missing KPIs or capacity gaps.
• Work with service providers to ensure timely delivery of trading partners, considering quality and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management; seek opportunities to improve productivity and reduce write-offs.
• Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
• Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
