Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in a related field (Business, Intl. Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from portals and other channels.
• Ensure orders are entered, monitored, and delivered per requirements and forecasts.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate order changes.
• Build strong relationships with customers while delivering high service levels.
• Monitor and track customer experience and operational metrics.
• Support monthly sales plan execution through order management.
• Analyze customer data and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Support process improvement initiatives, including mapping, gaps, and problem solving.
• Leverage best practices to improve customer experience and business performance.
