Qualifikationen

• Process and manage customer orders received through portals and other channels.
• Ensure orders are accurately entered, monitored, and delivered per customer requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate order changes as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high levels of service.
• Monitor customer experience and operational performance metrics.
• Support monthly sales plan execution through effective order management.
• Analyze customer information to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Support process improvement initiatives including mapping, gap analysis, and problem solving.
