PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle PMO - Manager to lead consulting projects across Oracle applications, drive client success, and enhance delivery quality.

You will coach teams, manage budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to optimize client operations and deliver strategic outcomes. English proficiency is required, and advanced degrees are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 8+ years of experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

As an Oracle PMO - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
