Job summary

Wego, a global distributor of chemicals and ingredients, seeks an Enterprise Applications Lead - Supply Chain in Torreón to oversee Oracle Fusion SCM support and enhancements. You will partner with suppliers, IT and business users to ensure reliable order management, inventory, warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain or Oracle ERP modules.
• Oracle Fusion ERP configuration in distribution environment: Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Costing.
• Experience: Order Management, inventory costing, costing transactions, inventory valuation.
• Strong SQL and BI skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau/Oracle Analytics/OTBI; able to run complex queries.
• EDI integrations using ANSI X12/EDIFACT; familiarity with 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 997.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Good project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and related processes (order management, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment).
• Analyze requirements, translate to ERP configuration, test changes, document flows, resolve tickets.
• Provide direct support to business users, troubleshoot issues, improve adoption, ensure accurate transactions.
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects: gather requirements, coordinate testing, train users, document changes.
