Job summary

Wego Europe B.V. is seeking an Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Functional Analyst - Lead role to serve as the primary IT support partner for the Supply Chain department in the Oracle Fusion environment.

You will support day-to-day system functionality, develop enhancements, troubleshoot user issues, assist with configuration and process improvements, and coordinate with remote ERP specialists to deliver enhancements across distribution, inventory, order management, and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain
• Practical Oracle Fusion ERP configuration in a distribution environment (Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Fulfillment, Costing, etc.)
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Order Management including inventory costing, cost accounting, item costing, and costing transactions
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, OTBI) with SQL query skills
• Experience supporting EDI integrations using ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 997)
• Desirable: distribution planning, inventory replenishment, pricing, customer order fulfillment, and logistics integrations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and follow-through skills
• Effective oral and written English communication
• Good project management skills

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and related processes (order management, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, costing, distribution master data)
• Analyze requirements and translate to ERP configuration; assist with testing and process documentation
• Provide direct user support, troubleshoot issues, improve system adoption, and ensure accurate transactions
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects: gather requirements, coordinate testing, train users, document changes, collaborate with remote ERP specialists
