Job summary

Wego Europe B.V. is seeking an Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Functional Analyst - Lead role to serve as the primary IT support partner for the Supply Chain department in the Oracle Fusion environment.

You will support day-to-day system functionality, develop enhancements, troubleshoot user issues, assist with configuration and process improvements, and coordinate with remote ERP specialists to deliver enhancements across distribution, inventory, order management, and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain
• Practical Oracle Fusion ERP configuration in a distribution environment (Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Fulfillment, Costing, etc.)
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Order Management including inventory costing, cost accounting, item costing, and costing transactions
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, OTBI) with SQL query skills
• Experience supporting EDI integrations using ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 997)
• Desirable: distribution planning, inventory replenishment, pricing, customer order fulfillment, and logistics integrations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and follow-through skills
• Effective oral and written English communication
• Good project management skills

Job Summary

In this role, the Enterprise Applications Lead - Supply Chain will serve as the primary IT support partner for the Supply Chain Department as it relates to the Oracle Fusion environment. The Analyst will support day-to-day system functionality, develop system enhancements, troubleshoot user issues, assist with configuration and process improvements, and coordinate with remote ERP specialists to deliver enhancements that support distribution, inventory, order management, and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and related business processes, including order management, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, supply chain costing and distribution-related master data.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into Oracle ERP configuration or support needs, assist with system testing, document process flows, and resolve service tickets related to Supply Chain functionality.
• Provide direct support to key business users, help troubleshoot issues, improve system adoption, clarify process questions, and ensure Oracle Supply Chain transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects by gathering requirements, coordinating testing, supporting user training, documenting changes, and working with internal stakeholders and remote ERP specialists through the full project life cycle.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain or Oracle ERP supply chain modules is required.
• Required:Practical Oracle FusionERP configuration andsupport experience ina distribution environment, including Order Management, Inventory Management,Warehouse Operations, Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving,Cost Management (Costing), and distribution-relatedmaster data.
• Required:Experience supporting OracleFusion Order Management, including inventory costing, costaccounting, item costing, cost adjustments, inventoryvaluation, and costingtransactions.
• Required: Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, OTBI, or similar platforms, with the ability to write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting; investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues; validate transactions; identify root causes; and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, report logic, filters, data models, joins, aggregations, and underlying data across Oracle Fusion and downstream systems.
• Required:Experience supporting ElectronicData Interchange (EDI) integrations using ANSIX12 and/orEDIFACT standards, includingtransaction sets suchas 850, 855,856, 810, 940, 945, and 997, with the abilityto troubleshoot EDItransactions and partnerwith internal andexternal trading partners.
• Desirable: experience supporting distribution planning, inventory replenishment, pricing, customer order fulfillment, transportation or shipping processes, reporting, and integrations with warehouse or transportation(logistics) workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and partner effectively with business users and technical ERP resources.
