Job summary

Everience is seeking a Freelance Expert Oracle ERP Finance & Procurement Functional Support (m/w/d) based in Mexico. You will provide near-shore expert support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance and Procurement, focusing on rapid resolution of complex incidents affecting financial and Procure-to-Pay processes.

You will analyze transactions, configurations, and master data, define workarounds, and collaborate with L3 and Oracle Product Support to ensure timely, high-quality fixes during Americas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of Oracle ERP functional experience with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance/Procurement.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is expected for local coordination in Mexico; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance and Procurement for Americas users.
• Own complex or business-critical incidents across Finance and Procure-to-Pay.
• Analyze transactions, configuration context, approvals, accounting impacts, master data and interfaces to identify root causes.
• Define workarounds and resolution options; coordinate with L3 and Oracle Product Support when needed.
• Support Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax and financial reporting.
• Support Procurement flows: supplier master data, requisitions, POs, approvals, receiving and invoicing.
• Investigate cross-functional issues between Procurement and Finance and advise on impacts.
