PwC Acceleration Centers in Mexico invites a seasoned Oracle EPM Manager to lead implementation, optimization, and support of EPM solutions across finance functions. You will drive planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include mentoring the EPM team, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance of Oracle EPM deployments.

Formación

• 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience including implementation and support.
• Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Experience leading teams and projects in corporate environments.
• Knowledge of Mexican fiscal and accounting regulations.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications, including planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage and mentor the EPM team by assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative, continuous improvement environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure integration with other systems.
• Oversee improvement projects, upgrades, and new implementations within the Oracle EPM platform.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and accounting regulations within the processes and reports implemented.
• Develop and maintain technical and user documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Train and support end‑users in the effective use of Oracle EPM.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and report results to senior management.
