PwC Mexico Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, Planning EDM) implementations for a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze client needs, deploy Oracle solutions, train users, and provide ongoing support while building strong client relationships.

You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, growing your technical and leadership skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• ARCS or EPBCS are plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS and Planning EDM.
• Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications.
• Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate actionable insights.
• Applying business process modeling to enhance client operations and streamline workflows.
• Leading the integration of emerging technologies within Oracle applications to drive innovation.
• Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions.
• Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate seamless software adoption.
• Engaging in technical consultation to address client challenges and propose effective solutions.
