PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle EPM Senior Associate (Manager level) to lead and deliver Oracle procurement-focused engagements across client portfolios. You’ll own project planning, budgeting and delivery while mentoring junior staff and driving quality and timelines.

You will work with global teams across Advisory and Business Services to optimize operations, implement Oracle solutions, and train clients for seamless adoption, within an inclusive and hands-on learning

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle procurement or related consulting roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement Modules.
• Experience configuring and enhancing Oracle procurement solutions.
• Knowledge of integration and upgrade processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle projects to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions to meet objectives.
• Develop and deliver training materials for Oracle applications.
• Manage project architecture and budgeting to align with client expectations.
• Guide teams in business process modeling and enterprise integration.
• Utilize technical consultation skills to support Oracle E-Business Suite implementations.
• Encourage innovation and emerging technologies in project execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships to facilitate seamless integration.
• Coach team members to leverage strengths and improve performance.
• Confirm data integrity and compliance within Oracle frameworks.
