Job summary

Oracle EBS MFG, Supply chain role based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico. This is a full-time onsite position requiring strong knowledge of EBS MFG/Operations modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping) and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.

The candidate should be a senior resource with a development background, capable of problem solving independently, fluent in Spanish and English, and prepared to work closely with Business and Digital teams at the Ramos facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance).
• Senior resource with development background.
• Experience with facility start-ups.
• Strong technical/functional skillset with ability to problem-solve independently.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge

Root cause analysis discipline

Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams

Must have good inter-personal skills

Must be willing to work onsite daily at the Ramos facility.
